So, I never thought myself the food blogger, but Everyone loves food and so do I.
Today me and my Brother Tom, went to Vapiano in The Corn Exchange in Manchester and it’s definitely something different from the usual Restaurant Experience.
Instead of the usual Waitered service to a table and Menu you’re gifted a Card that acts as a tab service, where you need to go up stairs to the main restaurant area and you’re created by lovely tall wooden tables and natural decor including Tables with trees coming out of them.
Then you walk over to the food-prep areas and you’re asked for what you’d like and then its cooked right there in front of you and you’re guided through would you like this, or would you like this, there’s the slightly brewers-fayre styled, pick up a Buzzer and it will go off when your food is ready vibe.
But the food is top quality and really tasty.
Here’s what We Had.
The Prawns are top quality and really tasty, Chilli and topped with Parmesan Cheese.
This Was Tom’s Choice, Linguine Bolognese, the only thing he Said he wasn’t a fan of was the large chunks of Celery in the Sauce, but it looked tasty to me.
A Sharing Pizza between us both, but Tom ate most of it, plus we bumped into Ex-Manchester United but current Everton Player Morgan Schneiderlin at the Restaurant to, which was cool as I spotted him first and my Brother a Real United Fan questioned how i knew it was him, but I said I spot every hot guy in the room but he was extra special because I recognised his Face.
So Tom gingerly went up to Morgan and asked for a photo which he did, it made his day.
However the food made my day, top quality. Really Tasty and an awesome setting for it to be in.
All in all a 9/10 just because the waiting for your food was a tad weird, but something I can get used to, but it was my first time there.
