So in 2014,  I started my Fitness Transformation and have come a hell of a long way.

I’ll be first to admit my training has gone through spells of pure awesomeness and lows of periods when I ask myself, really you’re going to let yourself down and get all fat and depressed again?

Now, with working at Glossop Leisure Centre as its Senior Customer Advisor and that adds a whole new level of pressure. I can’t be all kinds of fat and un healthy. I need to be an example of what Glossop Leisure centre can do for its members.

So the drive to jump on a treadmill, or one of our new pieces of kit SkillMill, Octane X-Trainer or more never disappears. Its always there, that strive to get better, the drive to improve.

Just make time to put in the work, time for you.

I suppose it’s a double edged sword with that kind of job but at least you get to use it all for free

Go you! I’m sure that will help keep you motivated. I like to switch my routine up when I’m struggling to motivate myself to work out.
