Happy New Year, i hope that everyone had a fantastic festive season with friends and family.
With a brand new year and a brand new decade, comes a lot of opportunities and the chance to plan for the next 10 years. If you don’t follow me on facebook you really should as there are amazing things coming over the next year.
So January has started with me launching Train Everyday January to raise funds for the Mens Mental Health Support group Mentell that launched 4 months ago. It involves training everyday throughout the whole month of January and the team getting sponsors for the challenge. We currently have a team of 5 working hard on their fitness and mental health.
Plus I have re-booked going to Dubai in September so there is work to do on fitness and losing some body fat and getting lean for the summer.
There is a lot to achieve and get sorted this month, I am attending a 3 day personal training course qualification to finally get qualified and start helping people in the area of fitness and get people started on their fitness ‘rebuild journeys’ and I honestly can’t wait.
For too long I had been doubting completing this course as i wasn’t a ripped beach body type of person, but that really doesn’t matter. Its having the heart and the want to help people and make people feel better in the area of fitness and wellbeing and my first challenge of 2020 is to get qualified before the end of February.
